The Biden administration is telling businesses exactly how to create what it calls “good” jobs.
The freedom to unionize, health insurance and workers’ compensation benefits, and equal opportunities, among other policies, are all part of a series of principles outlined by the US Departments of Labor and Commerce Tuesday that the administration says make up a “good job.”
The list was released as part of a “Good Jobs Summit” event at the DOL with Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh and Deputy Secretary Julie Su.
