Christine Hwang has joined Jones Day as a partner in its employee benefits and executive compensation practice in San Francisco, the law firm said Friday.
Hwang focuses on ERISA compliance issues and participant issues, representing employee health and welfare plans and defined benefit pension plans, according to Jones Day.
The US Secretary of Labor appointed her to a three-year term on the Advisory Council on Employee Welfare and Pension Benefit Plans, Jones Day said.
