W. Anders Folk and Kristin Berger Parker have joined Jones Day as partners in the Minneapolis office, the law firm said Wednesday.
Folk, who joins the investigations and white collar defense practice, will conduct internal investigations and compliance reviews as well as represent companies and executives in federal and state investigations, regulatory actions, and criminal prosecutions, according to Jones Day.
He joins the firm from the Department of Justice, where he served as first assistant US attorney and acting US attorney in Minnesota as well as a senior counsel to the deputy attorney general, Jones Day said.
Parker joins Jones Day’s labor and employment practice. She has focused on defense of employment discrimination, workplace harassment, and retaliation claims, wage and hour class and collective actions, and trade secret and employee mobility disputes, the firm said.
