A lawsuit filed Thursday claims Democrat Josh Riley submitted fraudulent nominating petitions to the state in an attempt to secure a spot on the primary election ballot for Congress in Central New York.
The lawsuit, from a prominent Onondaga County Democrat, seeks to disqualify Riley from the June 28 election.
