SPRINGFIELD — A doctor’s claim he was retaliated against by Baystate Health for raising public health concerns with his managers will go to trial in February.
Dr. Albert Alexander filed a complaint in 2022 alleging that Baystate Health violated the state’s health care whistleblower statute when it took disciplinary action against him. The law provides protection from retaliatory action by health care facilities.
