A judge has dismissed a whistleblower lawsuit filed by a Paterson housing inspector who accused his supervisor of bullying and retaliation.

Darris Jacobs, who has worked as a housing inspector for the city’s Division of Community Improvements since 2013, filed suit on July 29 in Passaic County Superior Court.

Jacobs claimed his supervisor created a hostile work environment by cursing, yelling, insulting and bullying him.
