Jury awards more than $600K to former dean of OSU’s pharmacy college in whistleblower retaliation case - OregonLive

A jury awarded more than $600,000 to a former dean of Oregon State University’s College of Pharmacy, finding the university retaliated against her after she demoted an associate dean amid allegations he failed to respond to students’ accusations of discrimination and sexual harassment at the college.

The jury returned the verdict Feb. 13 in Multnomah County Circuit Court in favor of Grace Kuo, now the dean of the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Jerry H. Hodge School of Pharmacy.
