Eric Laliberte practices out of the Seattle office in Keller Rohrback’s Commercial Litigation Group as well as in the Probate and Trust Group. With a background in finance, his work focuses on cases involving business litigation, real estate litigation, and trust and estate litigation. In his personal life, Eric serves as the President of the Lake Washington School Board and has been a board member since 2015. Prior to joining Keller Rohrback, Eric served as a Law Clerk in the Bureau of Consumer Protection of the Federal Trade Commission, where he worked on behalf of consumers in litigation involving online fraud.
Holly Lynch also practices out of the Seattle office in Keller Rohrback’s Commercial Litigation Group, where she handles a wide variety of complex civil cases, including contract disputes and matters involving allegations of business torts, premises liability, products liability, professional malpractice, False Claims Act violations, and personal injury.
