[OSEN=Jimin-kyung Reporter] The Korea Entertainment Producers Association (KEPA), a non-profit organization under South Korea’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, has filed a criminal complaint against domestic entertainment agency nCH Entertainment for spreading false information, defamation, and obstruction of business related to the 'Dream Concert in Hong Kong.'
KEPA announced on the 17th, "Our association had been closely collaborating with the organizer From Entertainment to ensure the successful hosting of the 'Dream Concert in Hong Kong.' However, we are officially reporting the following regarding the spread of false information and business obstruction caused by nCH Entertainment, a local agent contracted with public broadcaster MBC in South Korea."
KEPA revealed that nCH recently disseminated false claims through MBC to K-POP artists and major agencies in South Korea, including:
• The false assertion that Kai Tak Sports Park (KTSP) is reserved for MBC’s 'Show! Music Core' on February 7–8, 2026
• The spread of incorrect information that the Dream Concert organizers (KEPA, From Entertainment, and promoter Changsha Liu Jiu Culture) have not secured any venue bookings
• Persistent statements causing confusion, such as 'KTSP will be allocated to us'
