A recent allegation by NDC social media activist Kevin Taylor has been revealed as a web of lies, with proof indicating that President Nana Akufo-Addo owns no property in the United Kingdom. The NDC's Kelvin Taylor's video, which claimed the President owned 15 properties in the UK, has been fully debunked by facts and public records.

According to Taylor, President Akufo-Addo purportedly possessed a house at 75 Nottingham Terrace in London, which was sold in 2020 for 3,350,000. However, official documents from the UK Land Registry show that the property was actually owned by Stratton Enterprise Holding Limited, which has no link to the President.

In a desperate attempt to back up his assertions, Taylor projected a cropped property search document onto the screen, which included the names Edward Akufo-Addo and Irene Akufo-Addo. However, this paperwork refers to a different house, 32 Nottingham Terrace, which Edward and Irene Akufo-Addo purchased in 2005 for 350,000.

Eugene Arhin, the Presidency's Director of Communications, called Taylor's charges "completely false and baseless." Arhin clarified: "President Akufo-Addo does not own any property in London or any part of the UK." He further stated: "A simple check on the ownership of the said properties in question...
