KHLOE Kardashian's ex-assistant Matthew Manhard has demanded a trial with a jury as he claims she "wrongfully fired" him in court papers while he was injured, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.
Matthew sued Khloe, 38, for firing him after he allegedly injured his knee and had to request a prolonged leave of absence.
According to new court documents obtained by The U.S. Sun, Matthew has requested a jury trial - which has yet to be scheduled - as he looks to sue Khloe for over $25,000.
In Khloe's case management statement, she also requested a jury trial, as her legal team projected the trial will last over four to six days, while Matthew's team thinks it will take place over five to seven.
No mediation and settlement conferences have been scheduled yet for Matthew, and Khloe needs to arrange her mediation.
Although it appears the court date will be far off in the future, Matthew claimed in his case management statement that the amount he has demanded "exceeds $25,000."
