Actor Kim Soo-hyun has filed additional lawsuits against the operators of the YouTube channel "Garosero Research Institute."
Kim Jong-bok, a lawyer from the law firm LKBW Partners, said on the 2nd, "The agency Gold Medalist and Kim Soo-hyun filed additional lawsuits and reports against Garosero operator Kim Se-hee for violating the Stalking Punishment Act the previous day."
Kim's lawyer noted, "Since the broadcast started on March 10 with the title '[Exclusive] Kim Soo-hyun linked to Kim Sae-ron's death (dating Kim Sae-ron for 6 years since she was 15),' Gaseyeon has aired every day about Kim Soo-hyun, except for one day, spreading false information regarding him."
He added, "Gaseyeon has indiscriminately disseminated photos and videos of Kim Soo-hyun's face and body, as well as personal letters and messages, on its YouTube channel, and the only way to stop Gaseyeon's 'cyber wrecking' behavior is through strict investigation and punishment."
Additionally, Kim's lawyer stated, "I clarify that the claim that Kim Soo-hyun dated Kim Sae-ron since she was a minor is absolutely not true." He pointed out, "Gold Medalist has refuted all the evidence that Gaseyeon has persistently claimed, but Gaseyeon continues to spread false information based on fabricated evidence and photos," adding, "We plan to respond sternly to Gaseyeon's criminal acts, such as the dissemination of false information."
