Kimberly Harding, Partner, Harris Beach Murtha
Kimberly K. Harding, an attorney focused on labor and employment counseling, employment litigation and labor relations, has joined Harris Beach Murtha as a partner.
Kim is an experienced resource for employers who firmly believe the right thing for the business and the right thing for its people need not be mutually exclusive. Her wholistic approach to workforce management is highly valued by human resources professionals, executives and in-house counsel with whom she works closely on workforce management issues.
Kim’s practice involves both counseling employers on day-to-day issues and defending employers in litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
Her capability with collective bargaining and related issues brings an additional resource for both the firm’s unionized clients and firm clients seeking to remain union-free.
