Labor Judge Sends Noncompetes to NLRB in Data Company Dispute - Bloomberg Law

Another case involving the legality of noncompete agreements will head before the National Labor Relations Board in Washington after an agency judge found one to comply with federal labor law.

NLRB Administrative Law Judge Gladys Ramirez ruled Thursday that a “noncompetition” provision in the handbook and severance agreements offered by NTT Data Americas Inc. didn’t violate the National Labor Relations Act.
