Leading regional law firm Wilkin Chapman Rollits has launched a new HR platform combining artificial intelligence (AI) with advice from the firm’s specialist employment lawyers.
Adaptive HR is one of the first employment law and HR platforms in the UK to offer AI case management with solicitor advice and validation, as well as insurance-backed protection, in a single service.
Wilkin Chapman Rollits says this hybrid model gives businesses reliable HR support around the clock, while also ensuring employers have access to tailored legal advice when they need it.
