Ogletree Deakins, a major labor and employment law firm, is expanding its presence with the opening of a new office in Baltimore in January through the acquisition of Shawe Rosenthal LLP, an employment law firm with a notable 77-year history.
The Baltimore office will incorporate the entire Shawe Rosenthal team, consisting of 16 lawyers and five business professionals. Parker Thoeni will lead the new office.
