A corporate law firm has appointed a new partner to launch its employment practice as it expands its service offering.
AG Corporate Law has hired Natalie Thomson as partner and head of employment, tasking her with building a dedicated team and developing a full employment and HR advisory service.
Thomson brings more than 20 years’ post-qualified experience, advising businesses on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She joins from Austin Moore and Partners, where she was partner and head of employment, and continues to hold a role as people and legal counsel at Thrive.
She said: “When I learned that AGCL was looking to expand into employment law, it was a no-brainer. I have known Adam for many years and have watched AGCL’s impressive growth and success over the past three years. The opportunity to build something new within such a dynamic and forward-thinking firm was incredibly exciting.”
