Law firm Walkers promotes 18 in Channel Islands - channeleye.media

International law firm, Walkers, has promoted 18 across its Guernsey and Jersey offices.

The promotions include three new partners across the Channel Islands, alongside seven new senior counsel, two senior associates and six promotions across the firm’s business services teams.

In Guernsey, Danielle Brouard and Charlotte Goncalves join the partnership, while in Jersey, Nichola Brennan is made up to partner.

  • Danielle advises on all aspects of employment law in Guernsey, with particular focus on discrimination and employment-related disputes.
  • Charlotte advises on Guernsey corporate investment fund law, with a particular focus on new asset managers and their investment funds.
  • Nichola Brennan, who joins the partnership in Jersey, specialises in non-contentious trust, foundation and family office matters in a private wealth context.

Across the two offices, the firm has also promoted seven senior counsel – Alison Antill, Rebecca Hale and Camilla Hobbs in Guernsey and Craig Macleod, Timur Ochkhaev, Anouksha Patel and Luke Steele in Jersey – alongside senior associates Grace Cummings and Angharad Prescott in Guernsey and Jersey respectively, and six colleagues across the business services teams.
