T-Mobile, the mobile service provider, was sued on Oct. 26 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court over alleged employment discrimination based on race and gender. The lawsuit was filed by Console Mattiacci Law on behalf of a former employee. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:23-cv-04122, Morton v. T-mobile USA.
