A class-action lawyer who’s filed more than 500 claims alleging deceptive marketing practices has filed a federal lawsuit in Buffalo, New York, against Procter & Gamble, saying its Febreze product doesn’t really eliminate odor.
The lawsuit by attorney Spencer Sheehan was filed in Buffalo federal court Friday on behalf of an Erie County woman against Ohio-based P&G, the world’s largest consumer goods company.
