Work in hybrid model / 2 days from office in Wroclaw, Poland

YOUR ROLE:

As Counsel on our newly established legal team you will have responsibility for end-to-end legal advice on frequently required labor and employment law issues for German and U.S. internal stakeholders as well as a range of contractual matters on our small, but growing, legal team. If you thrive on building discipline and process excellence in a constantly changing environment, are a self-starter who is eager to learn, demonstrate instinctively and good judgment, this may be the position for you.

Your responsibilities will include advising and supporting our Human Resources department as well as people managers in Germany and U.S. in defined labor and employment law matters.
