NEW YORK, January 10, 2024--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Approaching its fifth anniversary, leading New York trial boutique Mukasey Frenchman LLP has been renamed Mukasey Young LLP. The change reflects the departure of co-founder Robert S. Frenchman and a new leadership role for Torrey K. Young as a name partner.
Mr. Frenchman leaves after a long and successful run working alongside co-founder Marc L. Mukasey at three separate law firms. The pair partnered on many high-profile representations, including insider trading cases, mortgage-backed securities matters, crypto cases, SEC and CFTC investigations and enforcement actions, and a "spoofing" trial that resulted in a full acquittal. Their collaboration achieved many favorable results for clients, whether individuals or corporate.
