Jérémie Boublil | Bignon Lebray | Paris, FRANCE Jérémie Boublil has been a member of the Employment Law Department since 2011. He advises both French and foreign clients, notably on labour law and social security issues. Jérémie especially assists clients who need to put in place individual and collective redundancies (social plans) and specializes in the management of the employment consequences of restructurings as well as on issues linked to employee’s representation, profi t-sharing schemes and savings plans.

Sarah Neuhaus | GvW Graf von Westphalen | Berlin, GERMANY Sarah Neuhaus advises employers on all aspects of labour law. One focus of her work is on labour law compliance, in particular with regard to social security status determination procedures and issues of bogus self-employment. Mrs Neuhaus also specialises in the area of international mobility and cross-border deployment of employees.
