Anna Bond is an expert in discrimination and DE&I issues. She has extensive experience of leading complex litigation in the Employment Tribunal, and provides pragmatic and commercial advice on employment and partnership matters. She works regularly with clients regulated by the SRA, advising on sensitive partner issues. Anna is also expert in conducting investigations. She leads Lewis Silkin’s LGBT+ network, Lewis SilkOut.
Kevin Gallagher is an expert in defending complex claims in the Industrial Tribunal, the County Court and High Court in Northern Ireland.
