Law.com Radar detected a surge of employment cases this past week in Tennessee federal courts. About 16 cases were initiated against defendants including FedEx, UPS and Whirlpool. The volume of new matters during the week of July 11 was up 60 percent from the typical weekly average for new suits and removals.
