LOS ANGELES (July 11, 2022) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Allison Wallin as a shareholder in its Los Angeles office. Previously a partner with Raines Feldman LLP, Wallin is one of several recent key lateral additions to Littler and the third litigator to join in California this year, further expanding the firm’s roster of employment and labor attorneys throughout the U.S. and globally.
Wallin brings over 20 years of experience representing employers in high-stakes cases and jury trials in federal courts nationwide. Her primary focus has been defending employers in wage and hour class actions, having handled, for instance, a federal class action in this area to a jury verdict on behalf of one of the largest employers in the world. Wallin has also handled dozens of California wage and hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act cases in state court.
