NEW YORK (January 12, 2026) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has welcomed Carlos Gonzalez as the firm’s Chief Digital Innovation Officer, where he will drive technology strategy in close partnership with firm leadership. He previously served as Chief Information Officer at Epiq, a global legal and compliance services platform.
A seasoned enterprise technology executive for legal, healthcare and financial services companies, Gonzalez brings nearly 30 years of experience leading impactful technology and architecture initiatives—from cloud adoption, data governance and cybersecurity efforts to artificial intelligence (AI), automation and other enterprise-wide digital transformations. At Epiq, he oversaw a 340-person global IT organization supporting approximately 10,000 employees, spearheading AI initiatives and infrastructure and operational improvements.
