Suzanne Martin joined Littler as a shareholder in its Las Vegas office, the firm announced Aug. 24.

Martin represents employers on workplace matters including harassment, discrimination, disability related reasonable accommodations and leaves of absence, wage and hour issues, workplace investigations, arbitration, restrictive covenants, workplace policies, procedures and handbooks, and workplace violence response and prevention. She represents employers before state and federal agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, U.S. Department of Labor, Nevada Equal Rights Commission, Nevada Labor Commissioner, and in state and federal court, the firm said.

She joins from Ogletree Deakins.
