Andrea Kirshenbaum has joined Littler Mendelson as a shareholder in Philadelphia, the firm said Monday.

Kirshenbaum provides counsel on compliance with wage and hour laws and defends employers against litigation under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state laws relating to wages, pay practices, and worker classifications, Littler said.

She chaired the employment and labor practice group at Post & Schell, where she was a principal, according to Littler.
