Her addition further strengthens the firm’s capabilities in Nevada and California and reinforces its continued growth strategy in the West.
Martin joins from Ogletree Deakins and brings more than two decades of experience representing employers on a broad range of workplace matters, including harassment, discrimination, disability related reasonable accommodations and leaves of absence, wage and hour issues, workplace investigations, arbitration, restrictive covenants, workplace policies, procedures and handbooks, and workplace violence response and prevention.
