Littler Strengthens Labor Practice with the Addition of Veteran Labor Relations Attorney Dan Mueller - Littler Mendelson P.C.

SEATTLE (August 25, 2025) – Littler, the world’s largest labor and employment law practice representing management, today announced the addition of veteran labor attorney Dan Mueller as a shareholder in its Seattle office. Mueller, who joins the firm’s Labor Practice Group, most recently served as corporate labor counsel at an international retailer and previously worked at the National Labor Relations Board as a field attorney.

“Dan has spent his career guiding employers through their most complex labor relations challenges,” said Erin Webber, Littler’s managing director and president. “His time with the NLRB and acumen in the labor law arena perfectly complements the capabilities of our labor relations team and exemplifies Littler’s strategic vision of being a destination for top talent in labor and employment law.”

Mueller brings more than 25 years of experience representing employers in complex labor matters, such as high-stakes collective bargaining, unfair labor practice litigation, labor arbitration, and union organizing matters. He has worked with companies across the retail, hospitality, and healthcare industries, particularly in the Pacific Northwest—capabilities that will further deepen Littler’s ability to service both union and non-union employers in the region and beyond.

During his tenure at the NLRB, he investigated unfair labor practice charges, litigated before Administrative Law Judges, and represented the agency in Section 10(j) injunction proceedings.
