Lowe's Settles Managers' Unpaid Wage Lawsuits for $7.5 Million - Bloomberg Law
Lowe’s Cos. will pay $7.45 million to settle claims by nearly 2,400 hourly managers allegedly denied pay for certain off-the-clock work, North Carolina federal court records show.
The workers’ unopposed motion for approval of the collective action settlement, filed May 20, resolves a multi-district litigation that includes 19 consolidated lawsuits. The consolidated suits include one federal case filed under the Fair Labor Standards Act and 18 state law wage and hour actions.
