Sara Rivers, who competed on Sean "Diddy" Combs' Making the Band and was a member of Da Band, has filed a $60 million lawsuit against him.
On Friday, Feb. 28, Rivers, who went by Sara Stokes on the MTV reality series, filed a 148-page lawsuit against the rapper as the deadline on claims linked to New York City’s Gender Motivated Violence Act was set to close.
In addition to Combs, Rivers listed more than two dozen defendants, including Universal Music, MTV, Bad Boy officials, and Combs' mother, Janice.
In her complaint, Rivers claims Combs sexually harassed her, committed assault and battery and made her work under "inhumane" conditions where she was criticized about her appearance, among other claims.

In the complaint, Rivers alleges that Combs assaulted her while she was walking down a hallway. She claims he came towards her and backed her up against the corner.
She alleges he was close enough "where he could kiss her and asks her in a low, sensual voice how she is doing, if she's ok and if she needed anything at all."
She then claims that Combs allegedly "used his left hand to adjust collar of her jacket and then ran his left hand across her breasts while repeating the phrase if she needs anything to let him know."
