Mallinckrodt Bonds Rise After Drugmaker Wins Acthar Trial - Bloomberg Law

Bonds tied to Mallinckrodt Plc. rose on Monday after its bankruptcy judge spared the drugmaker from antitrust and racketeering claims related to its handling of a pricey drug.

Mallinckrodt’s 5.75% bonds due 2022 rose 5 cents on the dollar to 61 cents as of 10:26 a.m. in New York, according to Trace data. Its 5.625% bonds due 2023 were up 3.5 cents on the dollar to 63 cents, according to Trace.
