Marina provides counsel on labor and employment matters.
Marina is energized by working collaboratively with clients to drive sustainable solutions. She thrives on understanding each employer’s unique and dynamic needs and pairing those needs with actions to build holistic and inclusive workplaces.
Before embarking on her legal career, Marina spent a decade working in nonprofits. Her career has spanned various industries but was most recently focused on education. As a program director and account manager, Marina worked to make outdoor and experiential education more accessible to historically underrepresented groups. These experiences honed her skills in building strong relationships and delivering creative results. She also developed a deep understanding of equity and inclusion, which she prioritizes in her legal practice.
Marina was drawn to law as a way to apply her professional and community-based experiences in a more impactful way. She developed a particular interest in Labor & Employment law based on the relational nature of the work and a keen understanding of the outsized role that work plays in society.
During law school, Marina gained valuable legal experience through two year-long clinics.
