The Mark | Lavigne Law Firm announced Sept. 2 that the law group has become Mark & Kleinfeldt Law Firm, with employment attorney Adam J. Kleinfeldt joining as a named partner.
The addition of Kleinfeldt brings together attorneys with experience representing New Jersey employees in complex workplace matters. The newly named firm will continue its focus on advocating for employees and helping clients understand and protect their rights in the workplace.

Kleinfeldt brings employment litigation experience to the firm. Throughout his career, he has handled matters across all phases of litigation and held leadership roles within employment law practices. His experience includes serving as a partner at Deutsch Atkins & Kleinfeldt P.C. and practicing with McCarter & English and Proskauer Rose.
Kleinfeldt represents employers and employees in matters involving employment discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing and other workplace disputes.
