Prominent labour lawyer Josh Bornstein will move into a non-government position after stepping down as head of Maurice Blackburn’s employment practice, where he led some of the biggest workplace cases of the past 30 years.

Bornstein, who announced his decision this week, will take on the new role in July, which sources close to him said would be revealed in the coming days.
