All members voted aye. Motion carried. APPROVE MINUTES Motion by Claggett, second by Weitala to approve the minutes of the May 10, 2022, meeting. All members voted aye. Motion carried. INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION At 9:41 a.m., at the request of Chairperson Bode, motion by Weitala, second by Reider to move into executive session to discuss personnel as per SDCL 1-25-2.
