The board of directors of McAfee & Taft, Oklahoma’s largest law firm, has appointed shareholder T. Lake Moore V to serve as the practice group leader of the firm’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group, which is one of the largest ERISA practices in the region.
Moore is an ERISA and employee benefits attorney who actively advises companies, administrators, unions, governmental entities, and other lawyers on the compliance, administration, correction, and innovative design of employee benefit plans, including qualified and nonqualified employer-sponsored retirement plans, traditional health and welfare plans, and ancillary plans, including those offering adoption assistance, tuition assistance, and dependent care benefits.
Moore is a regular contributing author to various publications, including the Midwest Employment Law Letter, HRlaws.com, The Journal Record, and McAfee & Taft’s own ERISALINC benefits blog. His achievements have earned him inclusion in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch and in Oklahoma Super Lawyers’ list of “Oklahoma Rising Stars.
