Calgary-based lawyer has helped design workplace alcohol and drug testing policies
McCarthy Tétrault LLP has announced the appointment of April Kosten – who has assisted employers with complex workplace matters involving human rights, privacy, workplace investigations, and employment disputes – as a Calgary-based partner in its national labour and employment practice.

Kosten has helped clients design compliant workplace alcohol and drug testing policies and address challenges arising in this evolving legal area.
