Calgary-based lawyer has helped design workplace alcohol and drug testing policies
McCarthy Tétrault LLP has announced the appointment of April Kosten – who has assisted employers with complex workplace matters involving human rights, privacy, workplace investigations, and employment disputes – as a Calgary-based partner in its national labour and employment practice.

Kosten has helped clients design compliant workplace alcohol and drug testing policies and address challenges arising in this evolving legal area.

Kosten’s advocacy experience has included acting for employers before courts, labour boards, and arbitration panels across various employment disputes.
