A former Boeing mechanic says she reported harassment to the company's ethics officers, then lost her job.
The complaint was filed August 19, 2026 in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington. It names The Boeing Company as the only defendant. According to the filing, the plaintiff worked as a Grade 9 Aircraft Mechanic at Boeing's Moses Lake, Washington facility from on or around September 22, 2022 until her termination on or about September 15, 2025.
She alleges that from the start of her employment she worked in what the complaint calls “a sexually hostile work environment created and perpetuated by Defendant's supervisors and employees.”
The filing describes conduct by three men, identified in the document by name and job title. It alleges an inspector called her “sweet thing,” said he bet she “looked good in heels,” and on or about May 3, 2025 called and texted her at approximately 1:00 a.m., telling her to call him “Daddy Don” and asking her to come to his home to “hold him.” A lead repeatedly touched her hair, groped her, asked her for nude photographs and told her he kept “a special box” for such photographs, the complaint alleges.
