Mel Tucker 'repeatedly made false statements to investigators' - Daily Mail

Michigan State football coach Mel Tucker 'repeatedly' made false statements to investigators during his probe for sexual assault, alleges USA Today.

Michigan State recently announced that Taylor would be fired 'for cause' after he was initially suspended without pay over allegations of sexual harassment by Brenda Tracy, a rape survivor and anti-sexual violence advocate who had visited campus many times to speak with the team.

The 51-year-old coach followed this up with a statement slamming the school's decision and claiming that 'other motives were at play.'

Tucker has been at the center of an investigation after Tracy, an activist who educates athletes about sexual violence, accused him of sexually harassing her back in December 2022.

Her accusation stems from a phone call that allegedly took place in April 2022, when she claims he made sexual comments towards her and masturbated during the call.
