The “Guidelines for the Implementation and Operation of Llave MX” were published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación (DOF)) on February 6, 2025, issued by the Agency for Digital Transformation and Telecommunications (Agencia de Transformación Digital y Telecomunicaciones (ATDT)).
Llave MX functions as a single sign-on credential that may be used across various government platforms. It is unique and nontransferable.
