SPRINGFIELD — MGM Springfield will pay more than $6.8 million in restitution and penalties as a settlement following a years-long investigation by the state Attorney General’s Office into wage-and-hour violations at the casino.
That $6.8 million includes an agreement that MGM will pay back wages totaling more than $461,000 to 2,036 impacted workers.
