DENVER (May 13, 2026) – Littler, the world’s largest labor and employment law practice representing management, has named Shareholder Michelle Gomez as the firm’s Executive Director of Wellness, Engagement & Development. In this newly created role, Gomez will help shape and advance Littler’s firmwide approach to wellness, strengthen employee engagement strategies, and guide employee development opportunities that support ongoing career growth.

In addition to her client matters, Gomez will ensure that wellness is embedded throughout all facets of the firm.
