Microsoft executive Alex Kipman is in hot water with the company after sources have confirmed he had gotten away with doing inappropriate things to employees at Microsoft.
Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, has indeed promised to end the organisation's tolerance for employees who are talented but end up becoming toxic towards the company.
It has said that the company retains an unlimited tolerance for bad behavior by its top employees and developers. Current and former employees are saying Kipman has allegedly gotten away with inappropriate behavior toward women employees.
The incident happened when Kipman allegedly watched a lewd Virtual Reality (VR) video in his office in front of the employees. This was according to the employee who was present.
The video was described as offensive and something that shouldn't be played or aired within the work place according to the employee who was present.
Microsoft has since then declined to confirm or deny any of the specific allegations. However, they did but confirm that it will investigate every reported claim. To which it will take clear action when a claim is substantiated.
