FPC also clarifies whistleblower policy

Milwaukee's Fire and Police Commission has put a ban on no-knock warrants.

The move is one of several policy changes announced Thursday night by the FPC.
There is also a new policy on whistleblowers.
It clarifies that officers have an affirmative duty to report serious acts of misconduct and protects the reporting officers from retaliation.
