A former model charged with murdering a California psychiatrist in 2019 has taken a plea deal. Kelsey Turner allegedly was romantically involved with Thomas Kirk Burchard, MD, whose body was discovered in Turner's abandoned Mercedes-Benz near Lake Mead. Turner allegedly was upset by images and messages on Burchard's phone, and her boyfriend hit Burchard in the head with a bat. Instead of taking him to the hospital, Turner allegedly told her boyfriend to hit him again. (CBS News)
