The whereabouts of an Israeli professor, whose arrest in Cyprus and subsequent explosive allegations against Hunter Biden made headline news in February, were said to be unknown after he failed to report to a local police station during an ongoing legal battle for his extradition to the United States.
Energy expert Gal Luft, who was under arrest in Cyprus on a US warrant for charges of arms trafficking to China and Libya, failed to show up at a police station during his house arrest according to local media.

Philenews reported on Wednesday that the 56-year-old Israeli national failed on March 28 to report to local police in Paphos per his house arrest terms. After not showing up in a Larnaca court on April 3, Nicosia law enforcement were said to be moving forward with issuing European and international warrants.
Luft, an outspoken critic who claims his prosecution is politically motivated, has alleged that the US Justice Department is trying to discredit him over dirt he has on the Biden family.
According to Luft’s lawyers, the suspect had learned through relationships with partners that Hunter Biden had a highly placed informant in the FBI known as “One-Eye” who was paid handsomely for providing secret or sealed law enforcement information.
