Benjamin Davis joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in its labor and employment practice in Miami, the firm announced Friday.
Davis represents employers in employment and commercial disputes in state and federal courts and before arbitral tribunals. His practice spans single plaintiff to complex employment litigation matters, including claims brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act, the firm said.
He joins from Baker McKenzie.
